AGC PAC & Its Mission
Established in 1977, AGC PAC is the non-partisan, federal political action committee of the Associated General Contractors of America. Its mission is to build a better Congress for AGC members. AGC PAC works to accomplish this through electing candidates for federal office who support the national legislative priorities of AGC. Through its efforts, AGC PAC encourages the political engagement of all AGC contractors to help shape a construction-friendly, federal legislative and regulatory environment.
AGC PAC & Prior Approval
Federal Election Commission regulations require AGC member companies grant AGC PAC prior approval before it can ask their employees to contribute. As the primary contact with AGC for your company, granting AGC PAC this prior approval does not obligate you or your colleagues or employees to contribute. Rather, it merely allows AGC PAC to fully communicate about its activities.
For more information about AGC PAC, contact Jimmy Christianson at christiansonj@agc.org or 202-547-5013.
Before asking you to contribute electronically, AGC PAC must have your prior approval.
