Now is the perfect time to contact your legislators—especially Senators—and urge them to oppose EFCA in any form that threatens workers’ rights and the democratic collective bargaining process.  While it is important for every Members of Congress to hear from manufacturers on this important issue, it is critical to reach out to the following Senators: Evan Bayh (D-IN), Michael Bennet (D-CO), Kay Hagan (D-NC), Mary Landrieu (D-LA), Blanche Lincoln (D-AR), Ben Nelson (D-NE), Mark Pryor (D-AR), Arlen Specter (D-PA), Mark Warner (D-VA), and Jim Webb (D-VA).
