A proposal by Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) would re-set and reinvigorate U.S. policy on domestic supplies of critical materials, including rare earth elements, cobalt, lead, lithium and thorium. NEMA strongly supports the proposal, introduced as S. 1113, and urges its passage by the Senate. Contact your senators and urge their support for the Critical Minerals Policy Act.
