The National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA) serves to protect the interests of independent wholesale brokerage. Our goals and purposes have always included protecting the consumer by providing him or her with the best alternatives, products and underwriting offers.

NAILBA’s principle objective is to advocate for policies that enable NAILBA members to continue to be the premier agencies in the wholesale life and health brokerage community.

Until September of 2004, NAILBA had no presence in Washington or on Capitol Hill with policy makers and key staff. In three short years, NAILBA has established its place among the industry in Washington, before Congress, and with key Administration agencies and officials and has educated policy makers and industry on the importance of wholesale brokerage.

In June 2006, we launched NAILBA PAC, marking a milestone for the association. The purpose of the NAILBA PAC is to maintain and strengthen NAILBA’s presence in Washington and broaden NAILBA’s influence on Capitol Hill with key decision makers.
