With the main components of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) scheduled to be implemented this year and next, we still have hope for preventing the most costly and stifling impacts of the law from taking effect. We understand the burden the law will continue to have on our business, our partners and their families. While we at Cintas will continue to offer excellent coverage to our partners, as a self-insured company, the law significantly affects our plans and increases our costs. We realize the law will have a similar impact on businesses, both large and small, and is likely to increase business costs and curtail hiring, growth and expansion.

We will support members of Congress committed to modifying the law by adjusting its implementation in a manner that limits the impact to employees of the businesses that drive America’s economy.
