Protecting America’s Workers Act 

This legislation will greatly expand the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) authority.  That means more inspections and more (and bigger) fines.  When any safety issue arises, no matter how strong your track record, expect to be found at fault, if this bill passes.
