United States House – South Carolina
There are six congressional districts located in South Carolina, with six U.S. House members and two members of the U.S. Senate representing the state.
First Congressional District:
Representing: Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester Counties
Represented by: A special election will take place on May 7, 2013 to fill the seat of Tim Scott who was appointed to the U.S. Senate
Second Congressional District:
Representing: Barnwell, Calhoun, Hampton, Lexington, Orangeburg and Richland Counties
Represented by: Joe Wilson (R)

Third Congressional District:
Representing: Abbeville, Aiken, Anderson, Edgefield, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Oconee, Pickens and Saluda Counties
Represented by: Jeff Duncan (R)

Fourth Congressional District:
Representing: Greenville, Laurens, Spartanburg and Union Counties
Represented by: Trey Gowdy (R)

Fifth Congressional District:
Representing: Cherokee, Chester, Chesterfield, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lancaster, Lee, Newberry, Sumter and York Counties
Represented by: Mick Mulvaney (R)

Sixth Congressional District:
Representing: Bamberg, Beaufort, Berkeley, Calhoun, Charleston, Clarendon, Colleton, Dorchester, Florence, Georgetown, Jasper, Lee, Marion, Orangeburg, Richland, Sumter and Williamsburg Counties
Represented by: Jim Clyburn (D)

Seventh Congressional District:
Representing: Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Georgetown, Marion, Marlboro, Horry, Sumter and Williamsburg Counties
