FERT PAC hosted Sen. Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.) in TFI’s offices July 18. Sen. Isakson is a member of the Environment & Public Works; Foreign Relations; Health, Education, Labor & Pensions; Small Business & Entrepreneurship; and Veterans’ Affairs committees.

Pictured above: Sen. Isakson provides an overview of climate change and energy legislation being addressed in the U.S. Senate while TFI Vice Chairman and Intrepid Potash Chairman and CEO Bob Jornayvaz and TFI Executive Assistant to the President Monica Conway look on.

President Billy Willard (left) at an Oct. 19 meeting discuss the continuing damage being done to American fertilizer producers, retailers, their farmer customers and the broader agricultural community by the ongoing domestic natural gas price crisis and the need for new offshore natural gas drilling. FERT PAC has been an invaluable tool in helping TFI ensure that members of Congress are fully aware of the fertilizer industry’s policy needs on a range of vital federal issues, including domestic energy policy.
