Political participation is the cornerstone of American democracy.  Yet, in 2010, not even half of all eligible Americans voted.  This year will bring landmark elections as we elect a President, 435 members of Congress, 33 Senators, 11 Governors and countless state officials, and we believe that all Americans should participate.

The newly elected officials that are voted into office in 2012 will be making decisions that affect companies and their employees all across the country, including PHCC. The good news is that you can have a say in these decisions by getting involved! The links on the left side of this website provide all the tools and information you need to not only learn more about legislators and candidates, upcoming elections and the issues that matter to PHCC, but also to take the next step by making your voice heard – whether by registering to vote or contacting your legislators about issues that affect you.

The tools and information on the left-hand menu of this website are not designed to tell you what to think or how to vote, but rather to encourage employees like you, regardless of political affiliation, to exercise their civic duties by learning about political issues and voting their conscience on Election Day 2012.  We hope you will take advantage of these tools and resources to do so!
