Bill: HB1375
Description: Prohibits a specified adjuster, appraiser, insurance producer, or employee of an insurer from requiring a motor vehicle repair facility to use a specific vendor or process for the procurement of parts or other materials necessary for the repair of a motor vehicle; prohibiting the insurer from requiring certain repairs to be made using certain aftermarket crash parts; authorizing an insured to consent in a certain manner to the use of certain aftermarket crash parts

Subject: Tire Sales
Bill: HB 1110
Description: Prohibits a merchant from selling a tire to a consumer as a new tire if the tire is a retreaded, previously used, or recycled tire or was manufactured more than 3 years before the date of sale; requires a merchant who sells a specified tire to a consumer to provide a specified notice and specified disclosure to the consumer relating to tire age and safety. $250 penalty for each violation.

Description: Providing, for a vehicle required to display two registration plates, that the front registration plate may be stored inside the vehicle in a specified manner if the vehicle was manufactured without a means to secure and display a front plate.

Bill: HB 562
Description: Requires the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue a single registration plate to all classes of vehicles; and requires that the single registration plate be attached on the front of tractors and on the rear of all other vehicles.
