At BIPAC we strive to help companies and associations achieve their public policy goals, regardless of the legislative environment or party control. The Prosperity Project grassroots program, known as P2, helps build on existing relationships to inform employees, shareholders and association members about the issues affecting them, their industries and American prosperity.

P2 users are linked to a network of pro-prosperity organizations numbering in the thousands who work together to accomplish their common goals.


BIPAC staff work with member organizations on an individual basis to create fully customizable grassroots websites that meet their specific needs, both in terms of design and content. We offer a suite of tools to facilitate communications between your stakeholders and elected officials. At the same time, our online survey tools allow you to measure and maximize your grassroots effectiveness.

Once plugged into the P2 program, members share their content while also pulling from the shared resources of our network. Your employees will have access to literally thousands of pages filled with political content relevant to your workforce, and you will have a robust political program without having to spend the time and resources required to build it.

1st QUARTER

Create a fully customizable grassroots website to integrate with your Internet or intranet website
Work with BIPAC staff to establish metrics to define and measure short and long-term success
Have BIPAC staff design a tailor-made grassroots communications plan for you, or use one of the many we have already created
Schedule training session with BIPAC staff to learn how to use the online admin system for your custom website
Upload your issue content to your website and design legislative voting records and co-sponsorship tracking lists based on your key issues
2nd QUARTER

Request customized research projects on federal legislative and political issues
Use P2's letter-writing tool to facilitate communication between employees and elected officials
Sit down with BIPAC's team for a quarterly strategic planning session to review your political involvement plan
Take advantage of the P2 network by using it to promote your industry or coalition issue content
Access best practice case studies for grassroots activities
3rd QUARTER

Match facility and company information with congressional and state districts and post to your P2 websites
Attend BIPAC's grassroots training seminars and workshops
Have BIPAC staff create HTML email and newsletter templates for your grassroots communications
Receive our monthly P2 newsletter and stay current regarding our activities and new website content
4th QUARTER

Add our federal and election information as well as our federal and state candidate look-up tool to your website
Use BIPAC's GOTV calendar and sample messages to enhance your voter outreach efforts
Send employees to your website for real time election night coverage (for federal contests)
