- The funding and enhancement of government programs, such as the U.S. Small Business Administration Surety Bond Guarantee Program, that assist small and emerging contractors in qualifying for bonding.
- Legislative and regulatory policies that create an equitable risk environment for construction contractors and subcontractors.
- Legislative and regulatory policies that preserve regulatory oversight of surety insurers.
